Sick of obtaining low amounts of useless visitors for your site? Well i want to share with you a fresh underground tactic that makes me personally $900 on a daily basis on 100% AUTOPILOT. I could truthfully be here all day and going into detail but why dont you simply check their website out? There is a excellent video that explains everything. So if your seriously interested in making easy cash this is the website for you. Auto Traffic Avalanche

Hi,
I have to say that as a Christian i found CC music very, very bland, uninspiring and lacking in spirit. Which is a shame, There are some good musicianship out there. The problem is substance. Music is a very spiritual vehicle it reaches right at the core (soul). The problem is with Christian musicians is that they play it too safe! There is no room for diversity when they should be.Listen to early gospel songs they hit you right at the core (as they were intended to be). A good example is go to You Tube and look and listen at a band called "Faithless" and type in a Song called "We become one Glastonbury 2010" The lead vocalist is actually preaching a sermon of his belief's (which is partly buddist). This song has a infectious musical vehicle to carry this track. Now look at the comments. People are engageing with his beliefs! There are many example of this! Listen why can't Christians do this with a Christian message? It would reach masses! Christian bands are lame and in a loop preaching to the converted. God has given us the gift of music. So don't be afraid to be diverse and edgy rather than being bland and uninspiring.....

That's where the main problem is. The labels dictate much of the artists creative direction. Restrictions are made on "religious wording" or the risk the label dropping them. Thankfully for Switchfoot (whom you tagged as "sellouts", and are my favorite band) they hit a popularity status that allowed them to cut ties with their record label and become independent.

Also Jon Foreman is VERY vocal about his faith and humanitarian nature. It is obvious that he's not a sellout if you listen to any of his solo stuff. Switchfoot has said several times that they aren't trying to make music for a certain kind of people. They want everyone to be able to listen to it. So they don't want the Christian label even if they are singing about Christian things because people will look at that title and assume that if they aren't Christian, they can't listen to it.

The biggest point I'd like to make is that there is no rule saying that Christian artists can only write songs about God just as secular artists aren't barred from it. Consider Angels & Airwaves or 30 Sec to Mars. Both have songs that would suggest religious affiliation, and yet are not Christian bands.

Music doesn't always have to convey a message. Sometimes it can just be for fun. I mean seriously, what great message are we supposed to take from the Hokey-Pokey?

Music is a form of art and as such can be interpreted in many different ways. So just allow whatever music you're listening to to move you in the ways that you are needing to be moved.

Once upon a time there was a talented Christian singer/songwriter named "Leslie Phillips." She got a contract with a Christian label, but was unlucky enough to get signed just when Cyndi Lauper had her huge debut album. The label decided "Hey, this 'Cyndi' person is huge! We should immitate that!" so they took Miss Phillips and forced her in to being a Lauper Wannabe. This kept happening to her. Whatever was popular in secular music is what her label forced her to do. After several years of this, she grew disenchanted with the entire Christian Music Scene, and went secular, and now performs under the name "Sam Phillips" to distance herself from her embarasing debut. I wouldn't say she sold out, though, she was clearly driven to it by an industry that didn't care about the music or the message, and which was entirely hung up on the fundamentally stupid concept of following ephemeral trends and delivering knockoff artists rather than setting trends and trying to develop a strong stable of talent.
